  • Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow, manage liquidity, and ensure sufficient capital is available for growth, managing banking relationships and financial instruments, and overseeing investment strategies to maximize returns on excess funds.
  • Capital Management: Advise on capital raising strategies, including debt, equity, and other funding sources, and lead negotiations on financing arrangements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture, overseeing talent acquisition, development, and succession planning for the finance department, and promoting cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
  • Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Experience in managing complex financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, and auditing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
