**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure development and maintenance of information security framework at tkMITSIPL covering all its business operations, including IT enabled service delivery; and support functions; keeping in view the changing technology landscape and security features.
- Consult and advise the organization on matters of information security and data protection.
- Lead implementation of information security measures based on global strategic directions.
- Facilitate business continuity by ensuring frameworks are in place for knowledge sharing and collaboration.

**Your profile**:
Lead the information security management at tkMITSIPL, in close coordination with the global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of the business segment.
- Between 5 to 10 years in industry; actively working on software development projects and services.
- Some duration of this experience should be with focus on information security management.
- Good to have direct hands-on experience in information security management on IT equipment servers, networks, client devices, and cloud technologies.
- Graduation; and industry recognized certification in information security management; e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc.
- Sound knowhow and expertise in handling implementation of information security measures at business organizations.
- Good knowledge of information technology and information security frameworks like COBIT, ISO-27001, etc.
- Good knowledge of risk management methodologies.
- Skills in problem solving; as well as people management; to lead initiatives with colleagues not in line of reporting.
- Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.

Good to have:

- Awareness of ITIL (e.g. v4 Foundation)
- Awareness of Agile methodologies (i.e. DevOps, sprints, scrum, related tools, etc.)
- Using JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow.
