For more information pls visit About the Position: Designation: Senior Executive – Demand Generation Grade: G3/G4 Domain Expertise: SAAS / HR Technology Products Job Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore Report to: Chief Growth Officer About the Role: The Senior Executive – Demand Generation will play a pivotal role in driving high-quality leads and revenue growth for our B2 B Saa S HR platform. This role focuses on developing demand through targeted, sales-oriented strategies, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team. It includes a strong emphasis on prospecting and engaging with senior stakeholders, including CXO-level contacts, at client organizations to facilitate high-impact conversations and drive conversions. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales team to craft strategies that turn prospects into long- term customers, supporting revenue. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns via email, Linked In, webinars, and digital ads to generate sales-ready leads. • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to prioritize leads and ensure smooth handoff for closing. • Campaign Management: Manage the execution of campaigns, including content creation and outreach strategies. • Pipeline Management: Track and optimize lead flow and ensure effective qualification and handoff to sales. • Reporting & Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to improve lead generation and conversion rates. • Stakeholder Engagement: Reach out and engage with senior stakeholders at CXO positions at client organizations to drive strategic relationships and business development opportunities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or sales development, preferably in B2 B Saa S or HR tech. • Proven experience in prospecting, reaching out, and engaging with senior stakeholders, including CXO-level positions, at client organizations. • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead qualification. • Experience with digital channels (Linked In, email, paid media) and CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Results-driven with strong analytical skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and understanding of HR buyer personas. • Knowledge of HR technology products and solutions, particularly in talent acquisition or people management. • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and sales enablement strategies.
