Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end production process at Iron Asylum , from product development to product launch. The role will involve overseeing procurement, coordinating with manufacturers and third-party vendors, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving cost-saving initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that all production milestones are met on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire production process, from product development to product launch, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage procurement activities, coordinating with manufacturers and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align cost strategies and optimize operational expenses.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs without compromising on quality.
  • Monitor production timelines and ensure all projects are delivered on time, meeting business goals and client expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure all operational activities align with project objectives and deadlines.
  • Continuously evaluate processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations, preferably in a senior or leadership role within production or manufacturing.
  • Strong background in managing procurement, vendor coordination, and cost management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • A track record of driving cost-saving initiatives and improving operational performance.
