Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and dynamic Executive Assistant Cum HR Operations professional to join our team. This role combines administrative support with HR operational responsibilities, providing key assistance to senior leadership and helping to manage day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in both executive assistance and HR operations, including payroll management, and must be open to occasional travel.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience as an Executive Assistant, with exposure to HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant
Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
Manage and prioritize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle communication (emails, calls, etc.) on behalf of executives.
Organize travel arrangements and ensure timely execution of travel plans.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for various business needs.
Travel: Must be open to traveling for work-related needs.
HR Operations:
Manage HR operations, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate employee compensation data.
Maintain employee records and track attendance.
