Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a large team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving recruitment targets and enhancing their skills. Establish clear performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the hiring process. Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices and employment market trends. Innovative Hiring Strategies : Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates. Leverage data analytics to assess recruitment processes and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Explore and utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to reach passive candidates. Recruitment Process Optimization : Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a streamlined and candidate-friendly experience. Implement best practices in candidate engagement, interview process, and onboarding. Monitor industry trends and update recruitment strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
