We are looking for a passionate and dynamic experienced HR Professionals to join our team at Manipal Hospitals

Role: Talent Acquisition
Location: Bangalore
What You’ll Do:
Manage full-cycle and handing end-to-end recruitment process.
Be a trusted advisor by partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing plans, improve processes, negotiate offers and close positions.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
Choose approapriate sources of hiring- external & internal and ensure an appropriate number of quality profiles are sourced.
Ensure right salary fitment for all selected candidate across level through effective negotiation.
Focus on the short-term recruiting goals while always building a long-term passive pipeline.
Develop relationships with hiring managers and set each person up for success in their roles throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve department and company-wide hiring goals.
Provide feedback to peers and leadership team enabling the talent team to continuously improve and achieve our goals.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within service level agreements (SLAs) through coordination and follow up.
Represent as the brand ambassador during recruitment activities, promoting the company culture and values to potential candidates.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and provide insights to the business on recruitment performance, time-to-hire, and quality of hires.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies (if applicable), ensuring service quality is delivered on track for target to hire/timeline to meet.
What We Are Looking For:
Any Graduate + MBA in HR.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the role of Talent Acquisition
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including effective negotiation skills
High on integrity
Proactive approach to timely problem solving is a must
