Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as the Head of HR. The ideal candidate will lead and manage our Human Resources department, focusing on talent acquisition, development, employee engagement, and retention. The Head of HR will play a crucial role in shaping the company culture, driving organizational development, and ensuring that HR strategies align with factori.com's overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to enhance company performance and employee engagement. Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. Develop retention strategies to minimize turnover and retain high-performing employees. Performance Management and Employee Development: Implement and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. Compensation and Benefits Management: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent. Conduct regular salary reviews and manage payroll processes. Employee Relations and Compliance: Develop and maintain employee relations programs to create a positive working environment. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor HR metrics and provide reports to senior management. Use insights to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies. Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the HR department. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR strategies align with company goals. Work closely with leadership to shape company culture and drive employee engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred. Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within a B2 B or manufacturing-related industry. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
