Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Online Sales Executive with expertise in B2C, D2C digital sales. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer centric environment and have experience converting online interactions into sales. Experience in the gold and diamond jewellery space is an added advantage

We are a fast-growing, digitally driven fine jewellery brand offering curated gold and diamond collections. Our focus is on delivering a seamless online shopping experience and building long-term relationships with customers through trust, design, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive online sales through customer engagement across platforms like website chat, social media, email, and calls.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery products.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Analyze customer interactions and sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in B2C online sales, preferably in luxury or fashion segments
Experience in gold and diamond jewellery is an added advantage
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Customer-focused with the ability to personalise interactions
Proficiency in using CRM tools, chat platforms, and other online sales tools Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to sales
