Job Overview:
The Embedded Head is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients while ensuring the successful delivery of services and solutions. This role involves balancing client satisfaction with operational execution and profitability, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership :
Define the overall strategy and vision for the automotive division, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Lead the development and execution of growth strategies, operational improvements, and new market penetration plans.
Oversee long-term planning and development of automotive product lines, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Operational Excellence :
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high-quality output.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
Ensure all automotive manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Team Leadership & Development :
Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, production, and quality control staff.
Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment to drive high performance.
Mentor and develop talent within the team, ensuring skills enhancement and succession planning.
Product Development & Innovation :
Drive innovation and oversee R&D efforts to develop cutting-edge automotive technologies and products.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure successful product development from concept to production.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and customer demands to keep products competitive.
Customer Relations & Business Development :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed expectations.
Financial & Budget Management :
Develop and manage the division’s budget, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Monitor financial performance, including sales revenue, production costs, and margin analysis.
Implement corrective actions to improve financial performance when necessary.
Compliance & Safety :
Ensure adherence to all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards within the automotive division.
Implement policies to maintain high safety standards in the workplace, ensuring employee well-being.
