Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries.Sales and Revenue Growth:Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans.Business Development:Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capture them.Engage in lead generation and convert prospects into clients.Proposal Management:Work with presales, technical, and delivery teams to create and deliver compelling proposals, RFPs, and RFQs.Ensure alignment between client needs and proposed solutions.Market Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine offerings.Collaboration and Reporting:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and account status updates
