Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries.

1. Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans.

1. Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capture them.- Engage in lead generation and convert prospects into clients.

1. Proposal Management:

- Work with presales, technical, and delivery teams to create and deliver compelling proposals, RFPs, and RFQs.- Ensure alignment between client needs and proposed solutions.

1. Market Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine offerings.

1. Collaboration and Reporting:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.

Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and account status updates
