Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a product roadmap to enhance monetization, with a focus on expanding ad formats, media types, channels, and healthcare-specific messaging tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create business requirements and develop new products.
- Define, prioritize, and implement features to establish a healthcare ad stack, ensuring alignment with business targets and optimal user experience.
- Serve as the primary interface for collaboration and communication between the product team, internal stakeholders, and business users.
- Utilize business acumen in product management to manage client interactions, deliver presentations, analyze competition, and drive product innovation.
About You:
- 10+ years of experience in building advertising products for web and app platforms, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare advertising platforms.
- Startup experience with a strong focus on developing MVPs and respecting time-to-market considerations.
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms and a proven ability to build ad products from the ground up; experience with EHR systems, healthcare planners, or measurement studies is a bonus.
- Proficient in creating comprehensive documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, PRDs, and user stories, with strong analytical skills to generate insights from both web and mobile analytics.
- Highly skilled in agile development methodologies, with excellent presentation and interpersonal communication abilities. Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and capable of working independently.
