About the role
We are looking for our first dedicated Senior Product Manager to join us beyond the founding team. As the company grows with multiple products gaining momentum, we need a leader who can bring structure, clarity, and direction. This role comes with high product ownership and offers the opportunity to shape the product landscape in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
You’ll be involved across the entire product lifecycle—from customer discovery to product launch—and operate at the exciting intersection of B2B relationships and B2C experimentation within the Web 3.0 space. Expect a highly dynamic environment: morning standups, customer conversations throughout the day, data dives in the evenings, and polishing PRDs at night
What you’ll do
- Own and drive the product roadmap, including product decisions, prioritisation and execution
- Lots of user interviews & speaking to users and teams to inform product decisions - Create detailed product specification documents for the design & development team - Work closely with design teams to go from ideas to user flows
- Own the Software Development Lifecycle from inception to launch
- Querying databases and monitoring dashboards to track product metrics - Research the market and competitive landscape to have a pulse of market direction
What makes you a good fit
- 5+ years in product management with complete ownership of delivery, with 2+ years in leadership and experience with web3 and crypto companies.
- Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and decentralisation at large. - Comfortable with early-stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder - Rigour, thoroughness and detail orientation in thought and action
- Extremely high agency and adaptability
- Willingness to get hands dirty with data, customer interviews and so on - Strong knowledge of web and mobile app development; experience collaborating with engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities for complex product challenges
- Proficiency in Jira, BitBucket, Notion, GitBook, GitHub, Figma etc.
