This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager in the HVAC&R sector, located in Gurugram/Mumbai .

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, coordinating with other departments, responding to customer inquiries, and preparing sales reports.
Experience in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management
Knowledge of HVAC-- VRF systems and industry trends
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in the refrigeration or HVAC- VRF Specific industry is a plus
