With content verticals covering podcasts, interviews, expert sessions, B2B marketplace and specialized learning, Hello Pharma is building one of the most influential knowledge and engagement ecosystems in the sector.We are expanding our commercial operations and looking for a Media Sales Executive who can drive revenue across content sponsorships, online media sales, digital advertising and long-term brand partnerships.Role OverviewThe Media Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, pitching and closing media partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, technology providers, machinery manufacturers, service providers and allied industries.- The role involves selling subscriptions, sponsorships, digital ad inventory, branded content integrations and category partner programs.- Candidates with experience in pharma media sales or online media selling, especially within pharma focused digital platforms, will be strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Revenue Generation- Sell advertising, sponsorships and branded content across Hello Pharma's digital ecosystem.- Pitch subscriptions and category sponsorships across B2B Marketplace, Podcasts, Expert Talks, Learning Series, People of Pharma and other upcoming assets.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Build and maintain a healthy and qualified sales pipeline.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management- Identify and onboard clients from pharma, biotech, equipment manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, consultancies, CRO and CDMO companies and related sectors.- Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.- Understand client needs and propose suitable media solutions.Market Mapping and Strategy- Track pharma media trends, competitor offerings and new monetization opportunities.- Support pricing strategy, media product development and sales framework creation.Collaboration and Delivery- Coordinate with the content, design and production teams to deliver sponsored campaigns.- Manage post-sales activities including reporting, campaign performance updates and client servicing.Key Skills and Competencies- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.- Preferred: Online media selling experience, especially within pharma media or healthcare-focused platforms.- Understanding of digital media metrics, content marketing and online ad formats.- Target-driven with solid closing ability.- Strong relationship-building and proactive approach.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields.- 2 to 4 years of experience in media sales, digital ad sales or B2B sales.- Advantage if experienced in pharma media, healthcare marketing or industry specific digital platforms.- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.What We Offer- Competitive salary with performance incentives.- Opportunity to work with a high-growth pharma media platform.- Exposure to senior industry leaders and CXOs.- Collaborative, high ownership and growth oriented work culture.To apply:- Respond to this job post directly using the "Easy Apply" option OR- Send your updated resume to with the subject line: Application – Media Sales Executive, Hello PharmaTo know more about Hello Pharma, visit:- Pharma-tech portal - Hello-Pharma.com- The Pharma Podcast - AI Solutions for Pharma - vektor.hello-pharma.com- Marketing Solutions for Pharma -
