About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Enterprise IT Account Executive to join our client, a leading provider of security solutions, in the India region. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in enterprise account management and a strong background in IT sales, particularly within the security software industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage Key Enterprise Accounts: Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients across India, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Drive Enterprise Sales: Utilize your expertise in IT security solutions to identify and secure new business opportunities with large enterprises in the region.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to the Indian market to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to deliver customized solutions that address the specific needs of enterprise clients in India.
Salesforce Utilization: Leverage Salesforce to manage client data, track sales activities, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize account management strategies.
Customer Success: Ensure enterprise clients receive exceptional service by addressing issues promptly, managing escalations, and providing strategic guidance.
Qualifications:
Proven Enterprise Account Management Experience: Demonstrated success in managing and growing large enterprise accounts within the IT security sector in India.
Strong IT Sales Background: Extensive experience in IT sales with a focus on enterprise-level clients and security software products.
Salesforce Proficiency: Expertise in using Salesforce to manage complex sales processes, track client interactions, and generate detailed reports.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate, negotiate, and present to senior executives and key stakeholders.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business situations and develop strategic solutions tailored to the Indian market.
Cultural Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the Indian business landscape and the ability to navigate regional nuances effectively.
Team Collaboration: Capable of working both independently and as part of a broader team to achieve company objectives.
