Account Executive

The Account Executive will support the finance team in managing day-to-day transactional processes and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is focused on invoice verification, expense booking, payment processing, and record maintenance, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. The Account Executive will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with statutory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Invoice verification (Miro), custom duty booking, Shipping bill booking , administration expenses, travel expenses booking.
All original Bills hard copy and soft copy Record maintenance as per SAP accounting and OA process for audit and statutory mandatory.
Bank payments for Vendor, Employees, Bank reconciliation, BG handling, payment follow up, payment advice, FD Tracking, Import payment, A2 payments and Statutory payment like Custom duty, TDS , PF ,PT ,ESI, etc.,
Employee Ledger Reconciliation, Employees expenses track and original bill verification, Balance conformation for vendor and customer.
Domestic Sales billing and maintaining the manual records.
Qualification:
6month to 2 years’ experience
B.com
Knowledge of accounts payable, general accounting procedures
Key Competencies:
Advanced MS Excel, Word and Power point, MS Access knowledge
