About the Role:
Concept System Solutions Inc. is looking for an accomplished and results-driven  Fintech Business Development Manager  to spearhead our growth efforts across global markets. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fintech, adept at handling international clients, and skilled in driving sales through innovative strategies.
As a key player in our team, you will lead business development activities, manage a sales team, and ensure seamless client communication and satisfaction while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue leads from freelancing platforms or other similar platforms.
Leverage Sales Navigator and other directory portals for targeted lead generation.
Conduct detailed data research to identify opportunities in fintech projects.
Client Engagement & Communication:
Schedule meetings with potential leads and maintain follow-ups.
Draft unique and persuasive emails, bid content, and proposals tailored to each client.
Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Effectively gather client requirements and communicate across global time zones.
Provide after-sales services and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to meet their individual and team targets.
Set achievable goals for team members and provide guidance to help them succeed.
Monitor and evaluate the team’s performance regularly, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
Market Research:
Research markets, organizations, and individuals to identify new leads and potential business opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities to ensure Concept System Solutions Inc. remains a market leader.
Documentation & Presentations:
Prepare detailed and visually appealing presentations, wireframes, and proposals for client engagements.
Demonstrate and present existing software and web apps during client interactions.
Account Management:
Use CRM tools to manage leads, clients, and data with proper status updates.
Ensure smooth client onboarding and manage accounts for recurring business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Background in fintech or Saa S industries.
Fluency in English  (both verbal and written communication).
Strong proficiency in Power Point and other presentation tools.
Expertise in CRM tools and data management.
Excellent documentation, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
Prior experience dealing with international clients in Europe, USA, Canada, and UAE.
Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
