Designation : Sr. Manager/ AGM/ DGM

Experience : 10+

Qualification : Graduate + Post Graduate

● Drive ideation process across BUs’ to build pipeline & visibility of likely new introductions for ~5 years across key therapy areas via all possible avenues such as out-sourcing, in-house development & in-licensing. o Generate leads to develop the pipeline via business, competitive, IP, regulatory, TP/CMO pipeline, global pipeline/development intelligence. Relentlessly focus on building a pipeline of projects that provide meaningful differentiation to the portfolio. Identify therapy area gaps in portfolio, emerging therapies and suggest opportunities to build a differentiated portfolio.

● Lead approved Projects until delivery, for launch.

● Liaise with cross functional teams such as Medical, Regulatory, Project management, R&D, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, IP, QA, Marketing, Packaging & others to assess opportunities and ensure timely launch of identified assets in line with business goals.

● Estimate commercial viability of projects by assisting in preparing business cases, financial modeling (P&L) scenarios for product development and assessment of other out-sourcing/co-development/in-licensing commercial opportunities & seek necessary approvals for execution.

● Anticipate challenges, formulate and implement plans to ensure on-time delivery of projects.

● Execution of CDAs’, commercial contracts for in-licensing & alliance management.

● Periodic review of the process and improvements to be suggested and implemented to facilitate quicker market entry.

● Ensure budget phasing of new products are aligned with all stakeholders for apt budgeting for the forthcoming FY.

● Facilitate pack size change projects for value realization.

● Support Supply chain via coordinating with BUs’ for mfg site changes for better COGS realization, mitigating supply issues, packaging amendments as & when required.

● Ensure that NI contribution to the Business is healthy via benchmarking vs competition & industry standards.

● Manage, mentor & develop team to achieve set objectives with clearly stated standards of performance.

● Devise coaching/development plans for team & ensure implementation for overall development & career progression.
