About the Role:
As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales and efforts for our pharmaceutical products. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans, including territory management, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Team Leadership

Sales Operations
- Oversee sales operations, including sales force automation, CRM systems, and reporting.

- Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and team members.
