Roles & Responsibilities
Lead sales activities in alignment with organizational objectives and the annual business plan.
Focus on large deal pursuits in line with organizational objectives and develop strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
Meet gross margin targets for regions and individual business units.
Manage principal and key customer relationships for the specified market, aligning with product vendors to understand their roadmap and collaborate in solution-building activities.
Ensure effective team building, manage productivity, and guide sales team members.
Identify areas of market potential and growth, defining regional strategies in line with corporate guidelines.
Function as a thought partner for clients, providing organizational competence and pursuit focus with client executives.
Conduct research on industry and regional trends related to solutions, engagement models, service delivery models, and commercial models; share insights with marketing team to help establish company's equity and brand positioning
Review account performance monthly and present integrated reports on year-to-date actuals, contracted to end-of-year, and pipeline data to the Business Head.
Qualification and Experience
MBA in Sales & Marketing. An engineering graduate with an MBA is preferred.
At least 20 years in IT services with focus on ERP technologies.
Minimum of 10 years in a senior role.
Deep insights into US, Europe, APAC and India markets.
Proven ability to build principal relationships and drive business growth.
