Business Development and Sales Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team at GNH India Pharmaceuticals Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and responding accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Understand and comprehend customer needs, queries, and requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience in working with CRM systems.
- Prepare quotations and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with customers for payment and ensure timely updates.
- Track and update payment status of invoices.
- Seek out and establish relationships with key contacts in organizations.
- Generate leads and conduct cold calls to prospective customers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy (D Pharma, B Pharma, or M Pharma).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong working knowledge of online media and digital platforms.
