Job Description
- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
- Analyze sales funnels and customer intent; Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
- Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
- Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates); Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
- Recommend website and campaign optimizations; Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
- Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
- Analyzes external and internal customer data using database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Adobe / Omniture), statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.
- Evaluates customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience.
- Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
- Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of total experience with corporate communications and/or marketing communications.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
- Proven content writing and content strategy experience; Working knowledge of content and campaign management systems.
- 2 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis (or academic equivalent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred reporting in Excel/Access and SQL
- Experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst), Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, or similar web analytics, web optimization, or data management platforms
- In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent creative thinking and communication skills.
