We are seeking a Team Lead – Telesales (Pharmacists) to manage, inspire, and grow a high-performing team of 60+ telesales executives. This is not just about managing operations, it’s about building a culture of performance, ownership, and customer-first thinking. Think of yourself as the captain of a fast-paced sales floor where strategy meets execution daily. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 60+ telesales pharmacists. Performance & Quality Management Drive sales outcomes while ensuring top-notch call quality. Partner with the Quality team to monitor metrics, coach underperformers, and recognize top achievers. Use data-driven insights to design performance improvement strategies. Own attendance, rosters, and workforce planning to ensure zero disruption in daily operations. Anticipate challenges by analysing data and plan backups to maintain seamless order flow. Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in order processing. Training & People Development Run regular training sessions to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge. Build a culture of respect, collaboration, and performance-driven fun. Graduate (Engineering, Commerce, Pharma or related field/ Business schools preferred). Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / call centre sales, with exposure to team handling. Leadership: Ability to lead large groups, inspire performance, and make quick decisions under pressure.
