Business Development Manager – Organic Lead Generation Growth Engineering Impact Suite & Zavmo India (Remote) | Target Market: UK EdTech – Enterprise & Educational Institutions Experience: 10+ years EdTech sales with UK/USA companies Compensation: INR 10-14L base + commission (OTE: INR 16-22L) Growth Engineering (founded 2003): gamified LMS serving Apple, Cisco, L'Oréal, HP. Iridescent Technology (founded 2022): Training Magazine's Top 20 AI Innovation Learning Tools 2025. Sole person responsible for converting marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified meetings with senior decision-makers. Work with MLQs from and plus LinkedIn campaigns. We need proven, stable track record from UK/USA-based EdTech companies. Lead Management: • Own complete MLQ-to-meeting pipeline across both brands • Conduct qualification calls using BANT methodology • Prepare detailed pre-meeting briefings for sales team • Work closely with Marketing Manager on lead quality and campaign performance • Provide weekly feedback on messaging effectiveness and market intelligence • Process 100-150 MLQs across both brands • Clear business need for gamified learning, skills intelligence, or compliance • Active project within 6-12 months 10+ years consistently hitting EdTech sales targets with proven meeting-booking and revenue contribution • Proven UK enterprise sales experience – multinationals, private companies, educational institutions • Excellent English – native-level fluency with perfect grammar and professional business writing. Multi-product sales experience • CRM mastery – Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar • Verifiable references from UK/USA-based EdTech companies Experience with gamified learning platforms and AI learning technologies • Knowledge of apprenticeship levy, OFQUAL qualifications, NOS frameworks • Regulated industries experience (energy, finance, healthcare) • Established UK L&D community connections • LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency • Experience selling into 1,000+ employee organisations Proven professional with 10+ years solid, stable track record from reputable UK/USA-based EdTech companies. Excellent English communicator with native-level fluency – perfect grammar and culturally appropriate business communication. Help humans live their best lives through transformative learning.
