We’re building the default platform where industrial procurement happens — and you’ll be part of the next stage of that journey.About the Role We’re looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Specialist to drive outbound outreach, lead qualification, and discovery call scheduling. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a critical role in building our sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching decision-makers, crafting powerful outreach messages, and enabling the sales team with better-qualified leads.Key Responsibilities 🔍 Lead Discovery & QualificationBuild targeted lists via BidAssist, LinkedIn, event lists, and other sourcesResearch ideal accounts and decision-makersRun outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and callsQualify prospects using BANT (or similar) frameworks🤝 Stakeholder EngagementInitiate conversations and build interest in WorkwiseEffectively position the product in short outbound interactionsHandover qualified leads to sales team with full context📄 Sales EnablementCreate email templates, outreach flows, case studies, and FAQsSupport founder and marketing team with pre-sales collateralCapture learnings and continuously improve messaging & targeting📥 Handle Early Inbound LeadsRespond to inbound leads (website, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)Assess intent quickly and initiate the qualification processYou’re a Great Fit If You…Have 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, pre-sales, or salesEnjoy finding and talking to new people every dayWrite clear and convincing messagesThrive in execution-heavy roles with daily targetsAre curious about industrial / infrastructure ecosystemsAre comfortable using AI tools for better outreachBonus PointsExperience in industrial procurement / SaaSEnglish + Hindi proficiencyWhy Join Us1:1 mentoring from the founderHigh ownership and visibilityFast learning curve across B2B GTM, sales, and AI productsClear growth path into full-stack Growth or Sales rolesOpen and energetic culture where your suggestions matter
