We cater to various industries, including hospitals, clinics, clinical research organizations (CROs), sports cardiology, IDTFs, and more. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to onboard new clients and drive the growth of our product lines in the B2B healthcare space in the USA.
Position Overview:
As a B2B Sales Manager at Fourth Frontier, you will be responsible for expanding our client base within the medical industry, specifically targeting hospitals, clinics, clinical research organizations, sports cardiology practices, research universities and other medical institutions.
You will engage with key decision-makers, build relationships, and position our products, Frontier X Plus and Frontier X2, as essential tools for cardiovascular monitoring and health optimization. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, sales expertise, and a passion for advancing healthcare technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation & Business Development
○ Identify and generate leads through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
○ Target new accounts in hospitals, clinics, clinical research organizations, and sports cardiology practices to promote our products.
● Sales & Relationship Management
○ Develop and manage a sales pipeline from initial outreach to contract signing and onboarding.
○ Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and tailored discussions to showcase the benefits of Frontier X Plus and Frontier X2.
○ Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, clinical directors, and procurement teams.
● Customer Onboarding & Training
○ Collaborate with the customer support and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of Fourth Frontier products.
○ Provide tailored training to clients to maximize the value of the products and ensure adoption within their facilities.
● Market Intelligence & Strategy
○ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the medical field.
○ Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to help shape future product features and strategies.
● Sales Reporting & Forecasting
○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and account information in the Google sheets.
○ Meet and exceed sales targets, while providing accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications:
● Education & Experience
○ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
○ 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the MedTech, healthcare, Medical device distributor, or pharmaceutical industries, IDTFs in the USA.
○ Experience in cardiology or sports medicine is a plus.
○ Proven track record of successful sales performance and exceeding targets.
● Skills & Competencies
○ Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, specifically hospitals, clinics, CROs, and sports cardiology.
○ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and clinical decision-makers.
○ Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
○ Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and deliver results under pressure.
