Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Strong Seller Relationships: Build trust and collaboration with sellers, understanding their needs, and fostering their growth within the marketplace.
  • Drive Category Growth: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to significantly increase category sales and profitability.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Spearheaded cross-functional teams to launch new products, streamline processes, and optimize performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze data to gain valuable insights and provide actionable recommendations that fuel business growth.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop long-term roadmaps and execute strategies to achieve category dominance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related B2B field.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • E-commerce Savvy: Deep understanding of the B2B e-commerce landscape and marketplace dynamics.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term plans that drive category success.
