We are hiring for Business Development Manager at up Grad, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, shaping the future of online education. Location - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Execution Develop and implement regional business development strategies, focusing on high-potential areas. Create and execute tailored outreach programs for institutions, enterprises, and individuals to drive awareness and adoption of up Grad's programs. Lead Generation & Market Penetration Actively target tech parks, innovation hubs, and residential areas to generate leads for both corporate and individual enrollments. Develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns within residential areas and gated communities to reach potential customers interested in upskilling or study abroad programs. Engage with local influencers, community groups, and associations to increase brand presence and encourage sign-ups for up Grad programs. Institutional Partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions to foster collaboration and drive the adoption of up Grad's offerings. Engage with decision-makers in the education sector to introduce up Grad's programs and explore partnership opportunities. Corporate Outreach Identify potential corporate clients and HR departments interested in upskilling programs for their employees. Develop and pitch tailored corporate learning solutions. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 4-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles in the education, ed-tech, or corporate training sectors. Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the study abroad and professional upskilling market, along with the ability to engage both academic institutions and corporate enterprises. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships. Ability to manage multiple business development initiatives simultaneously. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with digital marketing techniques is a plus.
