Requirements:- - Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably within Destination Management Companies (DMCs). - Strong understanding and ability to handle Independently FIT, GIT, MICE, and outbound travel arrangements - Extensive destination knowledge, particularly in Asian countries. - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with agents. - Motivated, energetic, and adept at problem-solving. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents to drive business growth. - Independently handle FIT (Free Independent Travelers), GIT (Group Inclusive Tours), MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and outbound travel queries. - Utilize extensive destination knowledge, with a focus on Asian countries. - Conduct regular market visits, generate queries, and coordinate with agents and team members to ensure smooth trip operations. - Stay updated on competitors' marketing and promotional strategies and provide insights to senior management. - Ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the sales process is paramount. This includes prompt responsiveness to inquiries, addressing client concerns, and maintaining a positive brand image. - Continuously seeking out new business opportunities is essential. This may involve prospecting for new clients, attending industry events and conferences, and networking to expand the company's client base. - Stay abreast of current market trends and dynamics. - Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our services.
