Industries: Building Materials industry experience is mandatory

Education: B.tech/MBA

Working Mode: WFH from Bangalore (If not travelling for Official purposes)


Sales Target

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs for the region.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share within the assigned region.

• Identify potential target markets for products/services

• Meet assigned collection targets

• Total Sales/Sales Revenue

• Pipeline Value

• New Customer Acquisition

• Customer Satisfaction Survey

Customer Profiling

• Develop detailed profiles of customers, their pain points, needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.

• Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to increase repeat business and long-term partnerships.

• Work closely with the BD- leads teams to understand their needs for market insights. Provide them with actionable information to support lead generation, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns.

Lead Generation

• Maintain a healthy project pipeline of at least 5X

• Identify and prospect new clients and projects in the civil, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

• Plan and conduct pitch meetings with clients to present product portfolio and benefits

• Generate cross-industry leads, RFQs, orders etc. Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure successful order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop key account relations with structural consultants and contractors

• Maintain touchpoints and nurture relationships with clients by regular interactions and discussions
