About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Recruitment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within the manufacturing or steel industry, with a strong ability to manage stakeholders and align hiring processes with client requirements.Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.- Partner with stakeholders and business leaders to understand manpower needs and define role requirements.- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled professionals in manufacturing/steel domains.- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to build talent pipelines.- Ensure timely closures of positions while maintaining high quality of hires.- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness.- Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market insights relevant to manufacturing and steel industries.Key Requirements- Bachelor’s Business Administration, or related field.- 2–5 years of proven recruitment experience in the manufacturing or steel industry.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.- Proficiency in recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).What We Offer- Opportunity to work with a leading organization in the manufacturing/steel industry.- Free company Accomodation- Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.- Competitive compensation and benefits package.- Exposure to diverse hiring projects and leadership roles.
