Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Trader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience applying quantitative techniques in trading, a passion for exploring research papers, and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest computational advancements. About the Team We are at the heart of Quant Insti’s mission to deliver world-class learning experiences for aspiring and professional traders. Our team collaborates across functions to design and deliver engaging, data-driven content while contributing to the company’s strategic goals in product development, sales, and marketing. Key Responsibilities Develop innovative algorithmic trading products for individual traders and financial institutions in the education and fintech domains. Apply analytical and quantitative techniques to drive efficiency and productivity across teams, including product, marketing, and sales. Identify and address challenges faced by the algorithmic trading industry in major global markets, contributing to practical and impactful solutions. Take entrepreneurial initiatives to align with and support Quant Insti’s vision. Required Qualifications: 7–15 years of relevant experience in financial markets, trading, or quantitative research. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in: Probability, statistics, and algorithms. Machine learning frameworks ( e.g. Keras, Py Torch, or Tensor Flow). Python data science and machine learning ecosystems. Data structures and data modeling. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, finance, or a related quantitative field from a reputable institution. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Quantitative Researcher, or in a similar role. Demonstrated ability to design and deploy machine learning systems for real-world applications. A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and pushing boundaries.
