- Qualification: BE (IT), BE (CS/EE), MCA (CS/IT), Msc (IT), Bsc (IT)
- 0-2 years of experience

- Good understanding of programming fundamentals
- Creative problem solver & analytical skills
- Implementation approach and attitude to build out best possible solutions
- Proficient with languages: Python, NOSQL, SQL, Data architecture concepts, DDL, DML and data cubing, query tools and frameworks
- Familiarity of programming concepts and logic languages, Metabse and Graphana like data environments preferred
- High attention to detail
- Familiar with tools like Firebase, Webflow
- If fresh out of college, you will start at a probationary position and be eligible for conversion to full-time status in 3-6 months

- Business Analytics Associate - Responsibilities and Duties
- Study requirements to understand changes to business analytics data architecture and querying mechanisms
- Collaborate with Senior Finance and Business leaders for determining data storage, capture, integrations and real time data management systems
- Research solutions to data integrity and performance issues.
- Regularly update project manger on progress and time estimations to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning.
- Translate program performance expectations documents into logical sequence and ultimately, into SQL and code.
- Document control language for advanced troubleshooting reference documents.
