HORECA – Sales (Delhi) We offer a diverse range of products to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes, from premium flours to essential housekeeping supplies within the HORECA segment in your assigned territory (Delhi). In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our three core product categories and be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and catering establishments. Location – Delhi Requirements: Minimum 5 plus years of experience in B2 B sales, within the HORECA industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point). Experience with CRM software a plus. Responsibilities: Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve ambitious sales targets for Thebetterflour, Guest Room Amenities, and C&W housekeeping products. Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the HORECA sector. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of Work Store solutions. Negotiate and close sales deals with new and existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts. Travel within the assigned territory as required.
