The Role
We are seeking a senior leader with experience in managing enterprise Salesforce programs of work. This person will be responsible for taking ownership of a very large customer with a commitment of work for 3+ years.
Key Responsibilities:
Roadmap Definition: Collaborate with the Customer to understand/help define Salesforce program roadmap, (working with internal SMEs) to meet the business objectives of the Customer .
Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical anchor for Salesforce expertise, providing guidance on complex projects, solutions, and client engagements.
Program Management: Partner with teams to create an overall delivery strategy.
Develop realistic project plans/schedule and track Team’s progress in meeting milestones and deliverables. Escalate unexpected events impacting project schedule, budget & resources to leadership. Keep project team well-informed, effectively communicating current status and changes (also facilitate and ensure communications to extended team members). Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders on project status including risk mitigation plan.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for the Customer, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.
Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and skill development within the Salesforce practice.
Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and tools, with the ability to design scalable and efficient solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead Salesforce programs, define/execute roadmaps, and drive growth.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in a software outsourcing or consulting company is a plus.
