Job Title: Program Manager/Sr. Program Manager – CRO/CDMO
Industry : Contract Research Organization (CRO) / Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO)
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Leadership : Manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of complex programs, from research and development through manufacturing.
- Project Oversight : Develop and manage detailed program timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Client Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project progress, risks, and milestones.
- Risk Management : Proactively identify program risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including R&D, regulatory, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stakeholder Management : Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.
- Continuous Improvement : Implement best practices, process improvements, and lessons learned to enhance program execution and overall efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of program or project management experience in the CRO/CDMO space, with a proven track record in managing complex drug development and manufacturing programs.
- Skills : Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle (from preclinical through commercial manufacturing). Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to manage competing priorities, address challenges, and drive resolution with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Software : Proficient in project management tools.
