We're Hiring | Strategic Alliances Manager – Pharma & Biotech (Oncology / Genomics)

#At 4baseCare, we are on a mission to redefine cancer care. As a precision oncology company, we are building one of the world's most diverse clinico-genomic cancer datasets and enabling oncologists, pharma, biotech, and CROs to accelerate drug discovery, clinical trials, and improve patient outcomes across Asia and beyond.

We are looking for a Strategic Alliances Manager to drive partnerships with global pharma and biotech organizations. Commercial Partnerships – Collaborating with pharma/biotech brand and medical teams to expand oncology drug usage through precision diagnostics and companion testing.

#Research Collaborations – Partnering with R&D and translational research teams to accelerate biomarker discovery, clinical trial planning, and real-world evidence generation.

Build trusted relationships with commercial/medical affairs and scientific/R&D stakeholders.

Work with internal teams (scientific, clinical, product) to design tailored proposals.

Represent 4baseCare at oncology industry events and global networking forums.

5–8 years of experience in business development/strategic partnerships in healthcare, pharma, biotech, or diagnostics (oncology preferred).

Ability to engage effectively with both business leaders and scientific experts.

Career growth in a high-impact role at the intersection of pharma, biotech, and precision medicine.
