Job Title: Product Strategy Director
Synopsis: We seek a seasoned executive with expertise in product strategy and development to join our team as Product Strategy Director. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative product development, strategic planning, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, credit, and risk teams to ensure seamless product delivery, effective market positioning, and robust sales support.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to model product costs, margins, and revenue projections, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, stakeholders, and partners to drive successful product launches and ongoing support.
  • Present product strategies to senior management, board members, and other key stakeholders, articulating value propositions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to achieve product launch goals, mitigating risks, and capitalizing on opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) in Finance and Marketing, or relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in product strategy, product management, or a related field, preferably in the finance sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful product launches, with measurable results in revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments and make informed decisions.
