Marketing Director Role

Job Description:

This is a dynamic role that involves driving growth agenda for a portfolio of categories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the marketing strategy, focused on sustainable and profitable growth.

The key deliverables in this role include:

  • Financial outcomes: Meeting committed net sales revenue, gross margin, MAPE targets, and net margin for the portfolio of brands.
  • Marketing strategy and execution: Defining and implementing go-to-market strategies for the portfolio focused on long-term sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Drive portfolio expansion: Deeper industry and consumer insights to ensure continuous expansion of the portfolio to increase total addressable market and drive improvement in return ratios.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Proven track record of developing B2C growth marketing strategies that deliver tangible business results.
  • MBA with 12-14 years of overall experience.
  • Ideal experience of 4-5 years in brand management.
  • Mandatory requirement of 2-3 years of sales/trade marketing experience.
