Primary purpose of the role To review, draft and negotiate services contracts, subcontractor agreements, NDA’s etc pertaining to the services offered by the Strategy, Risk & Transactions function. Major responsibilities & deliverables Assist SRT Risk team in checking contractual compliances as per standards set; Review of engagement files in line with internal policies; File maintenance; Maintain database of all engagement files as per various requirements; Assisting in Anti- Corruption compliance process; Monitoring compliance with the firms internal policies; Keeping track of updates in the firms internal policies and replicating the changes suggested in standard templates; Suggest best practices and improvement areas continuously in simplifying review process; Drafting alerts, compliance reports, training materials etc; Arranging for and conducting training for SRT engagement team members/new joinees in SRT; Working on any other project as may be assigned by the RRL/BRL/Manager. Skills Required Should have computer proficiency – especially in MS i.e. ppt and excel and speak and communicate well in English.
