**Job Description: Compliance and Office Administration Executive**

**Job Summary**: As a Compliance and Office Administration Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will also handle various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop action plans to address issues.
- Train employees on compliance policies and procedures, ensuring awareness and adherence across the organization.
- Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations, update internal policies accordingly, and communicate changes to the relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and investigations related to compliance matters from regulatory authorities.
- Conduct internal investigations when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and resolution of any compliance violations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials related to compliance for management and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee office administration tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Handle general administrative duties such as managing calendars, arranging travel, and processing expenses. Scheduling meetings, booking hotels and flight tickets for company executives.
- Monitoring existing clients and keeping records. Drafting of rental agreements and other necessary agreements/documents as and when required.
- Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Managing inward and outward of company stock ( medical devices)
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Support HR processes such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records (documentation and filing).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in compliance or office administration is preferred.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, such as data protection, anti-corruption, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work conducted.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
