**Job Title: Admin Compliance Executive**
**Reports to: HR Manager**
**Location: Vile parle**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Compliance**:
1. Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
2. Implement and maintain compliance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
3. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.
4. Develop and implement corrective actions to address compliance issues.
**Administrative Tasks**:
1. Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
3. Provide administrative support to senior management.
4. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
**Regulatory Affairs**:
1. Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, laws, and industry standards.
2. Advise management on compliance implications of new regulations.
3. Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports and filings.
**Miscellaneous**:
1. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
2. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Finance).
3. Develop and implement process improvements.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
**Experience**:
- 2-3 years of experience in admin compliance, regulatory affairs, or related role.
**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and record-keeping software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
