The Opportunity Beeontrade is scaling rapidly across the USA, India, Turkey, and Dubai. To fuel this growth, we are hiring a Global Head of HR & People to be based in our India HQ . This is a strategic corporate role — not just local HR. You will build and scale Beeontrade's HR, people, and performance management systems worldwide , while also setting up a strong India HR foundation as our headquarters. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive global HR strategy, corporate governance, compliance, and a high-performance culture.

Global HR Leadership

Serve as the executive HR leader across all Beeontrade regions (India HQ, USA, Turkey, UAE).

Establish Beeontrade's corporate-level HR framework — policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.

Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.

Corporate + Local HR

Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone.

Oversee local HR operations — recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.

Act as the strategic partner to India-based executives (Finance, Operations, Tech, Sales) to align talent and performance with global objectives.

Talent Acquisition & Development

Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.

Launch Beeontrade-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.

Performance & Culture

Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.

Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region (India, USA, Turkey, UAE).

Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.

Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.

10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company .

~ Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.

~ Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.

~ Track record of managing global HR strategy across multiple regions.

~ Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.

~ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

~ Willingness to travel internationally to Beeontrade offices (US, Turkey, UAE).
