
Senior Director of People Strategy

Ratified by the Board of Directors, this role is entrusted with spearheading a revolution in our human capital management. As Vice President, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business vision and people strategy.
Your expertise will be pivotal in championing digitization and AI use across all HR functions, ensuring seamless scalability, compliance, and global consistency in people processes.

About You- A seasoned HR leader with at least 15-18 years of progressive experience, preferably in high-growth global SaaS or digital-first companies.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR digitization, C&B, succession planning, culture transformation, and scaling global programs.
- Possess an MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field from a Tier 1 institution, and certification in Digital HR, HR Analytics, or Change Management is a plus.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution.
- At least 15 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A proven track record of driving HR digitization, compensation benchmarking, and succession planning.
- Ability to work effectively with CXOs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
