Directorate Position

We are seeking a seasoned Directorate professional to spearhead the development and execution of innovative strategies that propel business delivery, foster robust collections processes, and ensure portfolio performance meets client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cutting-edge strategies to enhance business delivery and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Develop and establish efficient collections processes to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure that portfolios meet and exceed client and internal performance benchmarks.
  • Conduct leadership development workshops and provide guidance on management best practices for direct reports.
  • Lead a team of 150+ professionals, providing expert guidance and strategic direction.
  • Perform annual performance reviews and assessments.
  • Create weekly reports and dashboards using advanced data analytics tools.
  • Maintain a strong focus on Customer Service and Employee Retention initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 14 years of experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management processes.
  • Prior experience as an Associate Director or Senior Manager is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including ability to organize and manage human resources to achieve strategic goals.
  • Expertise with MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity software.
