Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent for various projects and initiatives. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify organizational needs, implement recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment plans to meet organizational needs.
  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening & Shortlisting:
  • Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Ensure timely and efficient closure of open positions while maintaining high standards of candidate experience.
  • Propose improvements to recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and generate regular reports on hiring metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: MBA in HR (Human Resources) from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Remuneration:

  • Salary: ₹28,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
