Job Description

We are looking for a Campus Recruitment Intern to drive our fresher hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are well-connected in Delhi colleges, with experience in student societies and managing events. You will be trained to use our advanced recruitment tools and collaborate closely with experienced recruiters to attract and engage top talent from universities.

Key Responsibilities

  • College Outreach: Leverage your network in Delhi colleges to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Recruitment Campaigns: Organize and execute campus recruitment drives, workshops, and seminars with the support of placement cells and student societies.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build meaningful connections with potential candidates and provide insights into career opportunities at our organization.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside senior recruiters to design and implement hiring strategies.
  • Technology-Driven Recruitment: Use cutting-edge tools such as:
  • Freshteam ATS System for managing candidate pipelines.
  • AI Recruiter to identify and match candidates to roles.
  • AI Resume Screener for efficient candidate evaluation.
  • AI Test Conductor to manage technical and aptitude assessments.
  • LinkedIn Post Scheduler for outreach and visibility.
  • Canva to create visually appealing recruitment materials.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates, placement cells, and internal teams.
  • Reporting: Prepare and share updates on recruitment activities and outcomes.
