Responsibilities:Act as the liaison between the Founders’ and internal teams and external partnersDraft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and communications on behalf of the Founders’Record minutes during meetings and follow up to ensure closure of assigned tasksUnderstand and analyze business problems, identify requirements, and break them down into actionable stepsSupport in drafting and executing business strategy, including identifying target segments and key growth opportunitiesOversee projects requiring Founders’ intervention, ensuring tasks are assigned, acted upon, and closed in a timely mannerCollaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and seamless executionLead or support assignments on behalf of the Founders’ and manage stakeholder communicationsMonitor progress across organizational initiatives to ensure timely completion of deliverablesBuild and sustain long-term relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholdersRepresent the Founder in interactions with external stakeholdersExperience & Skills:The candidate must come from the Finance domain with a strong background in financial advisoryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesExceptional organizational and time-management skillsPrior exposure to executive support, consulting, business strategy, or project management preferredAbility to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in communication, research, and strategy development.
